About Andrew Ayers
Andrew Ayers is a soulful, southern keyboardist that fell in love with music early in life. At the age of 12 he formed a band (Stereo Dogs) with his twin brother (Bryan Ayers), and at 13 they were playing at bars and restaurants in southern Alabama on a regular basis. These included The Shed Blues Joint, Callaghan's Irish Social Club, The Brickyard, The Bluegill and other regional favorites known for bringing in the most talented musicians.
He and his bands have been invited to some of the most prestigious southern music festivals including The Hound Dog Music Festival, Bayfest, TenSixtyFive, SouthSounds, Natl. Shrimp Festival and many more.
In addition to winning the 2024 Nappie Award for the Best Keyboardist in the the upper gulf coast, Andrew has been nominated as a finalist in the Nappie Awards as follows:
